and 5/32" Deep
All of the shells are glued into the box and are not removable.
Please see the photos, and my other listings for other shadow boxes I make. Each one is one of a kind, and I couldn't make two exactly the same even if I tried.
The quarter is just for scale and not included. :)

Even though they look like toys, the things I make are really intended for adult collectors.

Wylde Kingdom Miniatures
Meet the Maker
Hiya!! My name is Wendy Wylde, and my strange little corner of the world is called The Wylde Kingdom! Welcome!
My parents built my first dollhouse for me when I was a very little Wendy. I only have one picture of it, but oh... so many memories. I was around 4 years old, and my Star Wars action figures lived in it. Dad included such detail, I was amazed and completely enchanted with the house. Tiny books on the bookshelves with construction paper covers, titles written in Dad's neat handwriting on the spines. Furniture from a monthly kit service. I'm still in awe of all the work he put into it. I loved that house, and I think ultimately it was just played with to death.
For a long time, my life went in a different direction with little room for miniatures. And then, I found this doll. An Asian Ball Jointed doll named Miranda. In my 30s, here I was playing with miniatures again. That was 2006, and I haven't stopped since then. I love everything miniature, and I think I always will. Because of that, I learned to make all kinds of miniatures. Everything from eyeball plants, puppets and cupcakes to boxes of candy and magical potions! It really is a little random here in the Wylde Kingdom. You never know what you might find.
Now, I still play with miniatures, and I help care for my mom and dad. They still love my miniatures and they're my test marketing group. If they don't like it, it doesn't go on the site. :) There's a Wylde Kingdom Miniatures Instagram page to see what I'm up to: https://www.instagram.com/wyldekingdomminiatures/ If you get something of mine, please feel free to tag me, @ me or use #wyldekingdomminiatures so I can see what you do with it! I love how people play with miniatures, and I really enjoy seeing how people use the stuff I make.
Thank you for checking out my miniatures!

How it’s Made
The shadow box is cut on a laser cutter. Some of the shells are from the Mediterranean, and some from beaches in Myrtle Beach, NC and California. Each is hand picked by me for this display, just like a shell collector. They're so fun to put together, and I hope you will enjoy this little printer's tray sea shell display as much as I enjoyed making it.
